Shipping Policy

We take pride in our products and will do our absolute best to make sure you receive your order safely and quickly as possible. All orders through this site are shipped directly to the buyer via U.S Priority Mail. Larger orders may be shipped via Fedex or ups. 

Note: If you purchase a pre-order product and also purchase an item that is not a pre-order item, the additional item/s will be shipped when the pre-order ships. If you do not want to wait for your non pre-order item/s you must purchase them in a separate transaction. Our shipping days are Mondays and Thursdays.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 10 days after purchase at Arte.tea.co@gmail.com and we will be more than happy to offer a return or work with you to correct any errors.
